Company Profile

I am Heather Hamel and the owner of Club 42 Permanent Cosmetics.  I strive to give my clients quality personalized service in a clean and relaxing environment.   I work closely with my clients to insure that they receive their desired results.  I endeavor to make their experience relaxing and stress free.  I have a private studio to ensure a restful experience with no distractions.

I am a member in good standing with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.  I am also a member in good standing with the Permanent Make Up Society of Arizona and I sit on their Board as the Director of Legislation.  I am certified in Blood Borne Pathogens to ensure the safety of my clients.  I have 12 years of cosmetic artistry experience and I've been performing quality permanent make up since 1999.
